Three Large Bedrooms
Each of the three bedrooms are luxuriously equipped, thoughtfully furnished and built for relaxation. All rooms are expansive and well-appointed with luxurious beds, large wardrobes and a reading chair. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and exclusive access to a private ensuite and walk in wardrobe, with large windows to ensure you enjoy the picturesque views from the comfort of your bed. Bedroom two has a queen bed and stunning views of the Eden Valley ranges, while bedroom three has a queen bed and is beautifully sunlit, overlooking the courtyard.

Ensuite + Main Bathroom
The master's private ensuite and the main bathroom are both modern and offer a generously sized shower, toilet and hand basin, as well as fluffy towels, a hair dryer, and luxury Modere shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion products are provided for use during your stay.

Gourmet Kitchen
The modern kitchen is an entertainer's dream, providing an expansive island bench, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and all your entertaining staples to ensure a stress-free stay.

The island bench also features five leather breakfast bar chairs for extra seating options.

Living + Dining
Our large open plan living and dining areas feel spacious, luxurious and airy, with windows spanning the entire front of the house to capture the best of the views across the valley. Ducted air conditioning and heating throughout the entire B&B, as well as a cosy fireplace in the living area ensure a comfortable stay all year round. With an 8-seater dining table, reading chairs, leather couches and widescreen TV, there is a space for everyone to spread out and relax.

Connect your own streaming services into our smart TV or UE boom speakers over the free wifi, for all your movie or music needs during your stay.

Outdoor Baths
Enjoy our two open-air outdoor baths, with spectacular views over the valley. Imagine yourself sipping a glass of champagne while enjoying a bubble bath in the great outdoors. Robes and slippers provided to get you warmly to and from the baths.

Outdoor Fire Pit + Entertaining
With a six-seater outdoor bar table and fire pit with rustic tree-stump seating, there is copious outdoor entertaining space to cater for any group.

Cook up some Barossa supplies on the BBQ provided, then settle in around the fire-pit with a glass of wine and light up the giant gum tree as the sun sets.

Breakfast Provisions
You can make the most of this country escape without having to rush in the mornings, as we’ve got all your breakfast needs covered! Enjoy locally sourced produce for your big breakfast cook up, including fresh bread, Barossa bacon, free-range eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms. Or if you’re after something lighter, opt in for our range of cereals, butter and spreads for toast, as well as milk, tea and of course the Nespresso coffee machine.

Picnic Paradise
Just a short drive, e-bike ride or stroll up the hill is our picture-perfect picnic location. Enjoy stunning views of the valley from the opposite side of the hill to the B&Bs, at 300 metres above sea level. Take in views of the Brockenchack vineyards, breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy everything this luxury B&B Retreat has to offer.

Add on a picnic hamper from our bookable extras, and throw in a bottle of wine from our mini bar to really make the most of this scenic picnic spot.

We invite our B&B guests to enjoy a comprehensive wine tasting at our cellar door showcasing our Brockenchack Wines collection. Enjoy tasting the extensive range of single vineyard wines with our owner Trevor Harch, generally on the afternoon of your arrival.

Infants + Children
Infants and children are welcome at our accommodation, however we are not set up to cater to children. Up to two infants may accompany you at no additional charge, but you will need to bring all your own equipment. Interstate travelers could try Adelaide Baby Hire.

For families with older children, our queen beds in bedrooms two and three cannot be split into singles, however children are welcome to share. Alternatively we have two fold out trundle beds available that can be set up for an additional $50 per child, per night.

Bookable Extras
